We can help give you a deeper insight into your performance on-track. Our preparation services help you improve your race pace and lap times by understanding what it takes to go quicker.
Together with JB Data Engineering's on-track services, our support can make sure you and your team are ready for whatever the circuit can throw at you.
PRE & POST RACE SUPPORT
Preparation is key to winning races. To support you, we are able provide both pre- and post-race support.
Pre-event support can include reviewing previous circuit-relevant data and video, checking dash and data logger configurations, devising a run plan/strategy if needed and the configuration of annotated track-maps.
Post-event support can include analysis of data, on-board video and suggestions for revisions of run-plans and strategies from each session. We can also produce a detailed report from the event which can include feedback for drivers, a record of set-up changes made with data and screenshots of on-board video.
REMOTE
TECHNICAL
SUPPORT
If you encounter data or analysis problems at a track and need support, we can help. We can provide remote support to any circuit in the world (providing Wifi or Mobile data signal), using the capability to access your computers remotely. This facility allows us to provide expert assistance and data debriefs at short notice and wherever you are racing.
Thanks to remote support, we don’t have to be at the circuit to help you, which reduces your costs. If you need help during your race weekend and don’t have a data engineer, JB Data Engineering’s Remote Support could be the solution!

From your initial sales enquiry, we can tailor a package to meet your needs. Arrange installation by one of our qualified installation engineers, followed up by over the air training, or one to one, dependent on requirement. DATA
ANALYSIS TRAINING
We provides data-analysis training to teams and individuals in the correct use of PI Toolbox, PI Toolset, Aim, Racelogic, Race Technologies, Motec, Magneti Marelli, Life Racing and WinDarab.
Packages include hardware training (i.e. data loggers, leads and sensors) and learning the basics on how to use the data analysis software. You will learn how to download the data, where the data is stored, how to access the data and how to change the event properties within the data software. Once a basic understanding has been acquired, you start to learn how to interpret and analyse the data in order to get the best from your vehicle and driver.
SIMULATOR
SUPPORT
Testing and pre-race set up can be expensive and time-consuming.
To assist, we have devised a tailor-made programme to extract maximum value utilising the latest simulator facilities and data acquisition techniques, either with or without a driver coach.
