JB Data Engineering Joins Forces with iota Racing

JB Data Engineering is proud to announce a collaboration with iota Racing. Nigel Hanley, owner of Cheshire-based iota Racing will be joining the JB Data Engineering team to support our ever-expanding list of customers.

Nigel, a qualified automotive engineer, has experience in the motorsport and automotive sectors previously working with high-end manufacturers BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. After several years at senior levels within the sector, Nigel extended and applied his skill set and experience, to data and human performance, quickly gaining an excellent reputation as a Data / Performance engineer and driver coach, within both the car and karting world.

After meeting Nigel at the Autosport event back in January, it quickly became very clear he was an expert in his field. As a result, we collaborated on some projects from which the customer feedback was excellent. All that remained was to invite him to join the team.

With Nigel as part of the JB Data Engineering family, we can now expand the services we offer with the objective of growing our client base.

Jordan Bird – Owner – JB Data Engineering:

“I am delighted that Nigel has joined the team. I am very much looking forward to working with Nigel and, together, growing the business and the services that we can offer. 2019 has been busy and I am planning significant growth for 2020, so Nigel has joined at exactly the right time!”

With over six months of the year completed, JB Data Engineering has been extremely busy, supporting clients both track-side and off-track. If we can help you purchase your new data logging set-up or improve your lap-times, either at the circuit or in the simulator, please contact us at Jordan@jbdataengineering.co.uk or on +44 7717 562169.

Looking ahead to the remainder of the 2019 European season, we are particularly interested in working with clients in the Dunlop Endurance Championship Run by Britcar. Our experience working with GT3-spec entries means that we can provide immediate support, both track-side and remotely, if you or your team requires data engineering services for the remaining three race weekends of the championship.

PS: We are particularly interested in working with teams at the Gulf 12 Hours and the 24H SERIES 24H DUBAI 2020. If we can help, please get in touch.
